Alice has more than 18 years PR & comms experience, over 10 of which has been with startup tech companies. Before co-founding 33Seconds, Alice oversaw UK communications for social networking platform, MySpace between 2007-2009, and formerly developed and implemented the launch strategy for pioneering internet TV platform, Joost. Prior to this she worked in broadcast communications, both TV and radio. Alice is a mentor and guest speaker at Seedcamp.

Dominic is the co-founder of 33Seconds and is primarily focused on helping clients build and execute effective social media strategies. Dominic has been building online communities for more than 18 years. Before 33Seconds, he was the Marketing & Content Director for MySpace, launching what became the world’s largest social network into the UK in 2006. Dominic is a mentor at Seedcamp.

Seb Underhill

Director, Content & Social

Seb is a co-founder of 33Seconds and leads the Social Media & Content team. Previously Seb was part of the Marketing & Content team at MySpace where he ran brand partnerships, working closely with organisations such as Mars Inc, Warners & Amnesty International.

Martin Fearn

Account Director

With an analytical background and focus on attention to detail, our Head of Communities, Martin, is responsible for looking after our community managers, the day to day overseeing of our social communities, as well as managing Peugeot's social presences.

Neicia Marsh

Account Manager

Neicia has been working with 33Seconds since launch, representing a number of companies including SoundCloud and Jack. Prior to this, she worked in the international press department at Pias Records on artists such as Agnes Obel and Seasick Steve.

Laura Grant

Senior Account Director

Having previously worked at Havas Worldwide London, Laura has over 10 years' experience working in PR. As an Account Director at 33Seconds, she oversees both retained clients and startup launch projects and has worked across industries including retail and e-commerce, design and education.

Stephen Murray

Account Director

Stephen’s eye for a story sees him achieve regular national and strategically targeted press coverage for a number of fast-growing global brands including Nextbit, Tapdaq and Magazino. In recent years, he's delivered successful campaigns for household names such as Virgin Media Business, Associated Press and Clinton Cards.

Sam Thorne

Junior Art Director

Graduating with a first class degree in illustration, Sam is a visual designer who creates socially optimised content for global brands. Sam works in a range of styles and across various different disciplines including graphic design, videography, photography and animation.

Claire Dikecoglu

Senior Account Director

Claire has been working with social media and online fan communities since 2007, and manages creative projects for clients such as Amazon, Magners & The Graham Norton Show. Her previous experience includes leading large community management and creative teams for clients such as Sony Electronics, L’Oreal, Itunes, Sainsbury's, BFI, Comic Relief and Lexus.

Sofia Beale

Design & Animation

Sofia is an animator who uses a range of mediums to create both animations and motion graphics. After graduating with a first class degree, Sofia was placed in Computer Arts 'Top 50 Ones-to-Watch'. Sofia specialises in Stop Motion and 2D digital.

Tatsu Ishikawa

Design & Videography

Graduating with a first class degree in Graphic Design, Tatsu is a designer & photographer. With a focus on contemporary image making, Tatsu uses his wide range of interests and passions to complement and reflect the ethos and vision of a brand – creating graphic designs, moving image and photography across a range of styles.

Injila Baig

Account Manager

Injila works as part of the media buying team at 33Seconds, where she delivers campaigns for clients including Amazon, British Red Cross & HarperCollins. Injila previously worked for a leading Facebook PMD, buying media for Dorothy Perkins & Topshop.

Rob Greenfield

Snr Community Manager

Rob supports the social media team as a Community Manager. Prior to joining 33Seconds, he worked on the social media strategy & execution for digital startup Rise To and for sustainability non-profit 'Forum for the Future'.

Sebastian Brown

Account Director

Sebastian began his career working in marketing for Audi and VW. He brings nearly 10 years of experience in fully integrated roles for many of the world's largest FMCG, Retail, Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Public Sector brands. Most recently he has delivered award winning digital projects for Subaru and Barclays. Sebastian is a mentor, start-up company consultant and mLab speaker.

Elisah van Vriesland

Senior Account Director

Elisah has been working in digital marketing since 2008. Before joining 33Seconds Elisah worked for Manning Gottlieb OMD, leading the social accounts for Waitrose, Starbucks and Renault.

Charleigh Elgar

Community Manager

Charleigh graduated with a first class degree in sociology from Bristol University. After a number of creative & copywriter placements in traditional advertising agencies, she now supports the social media team as a community manager.

Hugo Bennett

Community Manager

After graduating from the University of Southampton in 2015 with a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Hugo went straight into a London-based creative agency specialising in FMCG branding and marketing, focusing on two of his passions: social media and graphic design. Hugo now works at 33Seconds as a Community Manager working with Peugeot.

Mark Doonan

Associate Director

Mark has nearly a decade’s experience working within comms & has led campaigns for a number of global B2B and consumer brands, including Oracle, Truphone, Sitecore, VoucherCodes.co.uk, Campari & ResearchExchange.com. Mark has extensive experience in utilising all aspects of the traditional press office, as well as driving content creation & demand generation that produce tangible sales leads for clients.

Siobhan Leadbetter

Snr Community Manager

Siobhan supports the social media team as community manager for our Amazon Theatre account. With a passion for theatre & social media, Siobhan's previous roles include working as Director in Residence, producing three sell-out productions, as well as leading social media campaigns for various theatre productions. Siobhan has a first class degree in Theatre and Performance.

Paul Scott

Insights Manager

Paul has worked in social media since 2008. Specialising in insights and analysis he has reported for clients including Skype and Nokia before product managing social data visualisation product Buzz Radar. Paul now provides clear data and useable insights for our clients.

Hattie Trounce

Account Manager

Since graduating from Exeter University in 2013 Hattie has worked in a number of social media roles, both in-house and agency side. She brings strong project management skills, having organised global campaigns and an enthusiasm for helping clients achieve social media goals.

Lauren Gallagher

Account Executive

A former broadcast and print journalist, Lauren brings an eye for a good story and flair for writing. Before joining 33Seconds, her experience in PR saw her lead and support a number of campaigns for clients ranging from startup businesses to established franchises across diverse industries in Australia.

Hannah Karim

Account Executive

Hannah recently graduated from the University of Glasgow with a degree in sociology. Alongside her studies, she gained experience in brand ambassador roles, as a freelance features journalist, and interned for brand design and production start-ups. As a Junior Account Executive, Hannah is responsible for providing admin and media relations support across the 33Seconds PR team.
