Alice has more than 20 years PR and comms experience, of which more than 13 have been gained working with technology companies. Before co-founding 33Seconds, Alice oversaw UK communications for social networking platform, MySpace between 2007-2009, and formerly developed and implemented the launch strategy for pioneering internet TV platform, Joost. Prior to this she worked in broadcast communications, both TV and radio. Alice is a mentor and guest speaker at Seedcamp.

Dominic is the co-founder of 33Seconds and is primarily focused on helping clients build and execute effective social media strategies. Dominic has been building online communities for more than 20 years. Before 33Seconds, he was the Marketing & Content Director for MySpace, launching what became the world’s largest social network into the UK in 2006. Dominic is a mentor at Seedcamp.

Seb Underhill

Creative Director

Seb is a co-founder of 33Seconds and oversees the creative output of 33Seconds. Previously Seb was social media lead at Cancer Research UK and oversaw brand partnerships at MySpace UK.

Martin Fearn

Account & Insights Director

Working with 33Seconds since the beginning, Martin has a strong analytical background, having previously worked as a Business Analyst, and currently specialises in automotive social. He is the Account Director for Peugeot and also analyses the social landscape for clients across the business.

Laura Grant

Senior Account Director

Having previously worked at Havas Worldwide London, Laura has over 10 years' experience working in PR. As an Account Director at 33Seconds, she oversees both retained clients and startup launch projects and has worked across industries including retail and e-commerce, design and education.

Stephen Murray

Account Director

Stephen’s eye for a story sees him achieve regular national and strategically targeted press coverage for a number of fast-growing global brands.

Sam Thorne

Junior Art Director

Graduating with a first class degree in illustration, Sam is a visual designer who creates socially optimised content for global brands. Sam works in a range of styles and across various different disciplines including graphic design, videography, photography and animation.

Claire Dikecoglu

Senior Account Director

Claire has been working with social media and online fan communities since 2007, and manages creative projects for clients such as Amazon, Magners & The Graham Norton Show. Her previous experience includes leading large community management and creative teams for clients such as Sony Electronics, L’Oreal, Itunes, Sainsbury's, BFI, Comic Relief and Lexus.

Sofia Beale

Design & Animation

Sofia is an animator who uses a range of mediums to create both animations and motion graphics. After graduating with a first class degree, Sofia was placed in Computer Arts 'Top 50 Ones-to-Watch'. Sofia specialises in Stop Motion and 2D digital.

Tatsu Ishikawa

Design & Videography

Graduating with a first class degree in Graphic Design, Tatsu is a designer & photographer. With a focus on contemporary image making, Tatsu uses his wide range of interests and passions to complement and reflect the ethos and vision of a brand – creating graphic designs, moving image and photography across a range of styles.

Injila Baig

Account Manager

Injila is the campaign lead in our Paid Social team at 33Seconds, where she delivers campaigns for Greenpeace, Amazon, British Red Cross & HarperCollins. Injila previously worked for a leading Facebook PMD, buying media for Dorothy Perkins & Topshop.

Rob Greenfield

Senior Social Media Exec

Rob supports the social media team as a Community Manager. Prior to joining 33Seconds, he worked on the social media strategy & execution for digital startup Rise To and for sustainability non-profit 'Forum for the Future'.

Sebastian Brown

Account Director

Sebastian began his career working in marketing for Audi & VW. He brings 10 years of experience in fully integrated roles for many of the world's largest FMCG, Retail, Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Public Sector brands. Sebastian has a D&AD, Cannes Lions, Mobius, International Andy and many more awards to his name. He is also a mentor, start-up company consultant & mLab speaker.

Elisah van Vriesland

Elisah is a Senior Account Director & Head of Paid Social at 33Seconds and focuses on social media strategy, content creation and influencer relationships for clients including Sky Kids and DS Automobiles.

Mark Doonan

Associate Director

Mark has nearly a decade’s experience working within comms & has led campaigns for a number of global B2B and consumer brands, including Oracle, Truphone, Sitecore, VoucherCodes.co.uk, Campari & ResearchExchange.com. Mark has extensive experience in utilising all aspects of the traditional press office, as well as driving content creation & demand generation that produce tangible sales leads for clients.

Hattie Trounce

Account Manager

Hattie has worked in a number of social media roles both in-house and agency side. As the Account Manager on Sky, she's responsible for the delivery of all social campaigns from ideation to execution and final delivery.

Hannah Karim

Account Executive

Hannah is responsible for liaising with media, day-to-day client contact and providing support across the PR team. Previously, alongside completing her Sociology degree at the University of Glasgow, Hannah held roles as a brand ambassador and features journalist, as well as gaining experience working for brand design and production start-ups.

Jamie Hemingway

Community Manager

Jamie studied Human Geography at the University of Southampton with a specific focus towards the creative economy and online communities. He has a strong passion for theatre previously working as a freelance director and producer. Jamie supports the social media team as a Community Manager.

Lauren Keefer

Senior Account Executive

Before joining the 33Seconds PR team as a Senior Account Executive, Lauren led campaigns with a focus on culture and business, within a specialist agency. She previously worked in broadcast news and media startups as a features journalist while completing a Journalism MA from City University of London.

Josh Paterson

Senior Account Manager

Josh brings a wealth of experience to 33Seconds, from heading up global B2B PR campaigns across sectors including cloud, broadcast, post-production and construction. His understanding of the industry is harnessed by strong media relations skills, a flair for engaging writing, and leading the management of events and trade shows.

Becky Burchell

Community Manager

Whilst completing her Masters in Communication and Media, Becky worked with several events companies, managing and creating copy for their online platforms. She is passionate about her writing and often covers topics of injustice and discrimination within the media.

James Youern

Account Manager

Having spent the past five years helping a variety of global and national brands grow their social media presence (while winning a Dadi award and a Brand Republic award we would like to add!) James is now responsible for the content creation and planning for Sky and DS Automobiles.

Sarah Gibson

Account Executive

With a Law and English Literature degree under her belt and a heap of copy writing experience, Sarah now works as part of the Paid Media and Community Management Team.

Ollie Mosley

Prior to joining 33Seconds, Ollie was in house at Starbucks EMEA where he was responsible for award winning (The Drum Social Buzz & MOMA and the Festival of Media Silver to name a few) social content creation and campaign strategy across both Starbucks equity and franchised markets. Working on the Sky account, Ollie brings his wealth of experience to helping our clients deliver stellar social media campaigns

Ciaran's experience in social media spans a number of blue-chip and household names, including several Unilever companies and giants in e-commerce. His expertise in social media and enthusiasm for the motoring industry culminated in receiving the Sir William Lyons Award.
