Project: Ami in the UK

Initially, there was no plan to launch the Ami into the UK but through social listening, we identified a high level of interest in this unusual car; enough to give Citroen the confidence to make it available for pre-order.

Further monitoring of relevant conversations provided the insight to launch the ‘You asked - We delivered’ campaign. The creative incorporated consumer comments into short-form videos, which highlighted driver passion for the vehicle.

The campaign helped to build a wave of enthusiasm and interest in the Ami, making consumers feel included in the decision to bring it to the UK.

With widespread audience engagement across social channels, the target number of reservations was met in just one month, with over 15,000 people registering their interest.
